The extended warranty is valid on the following lines of loudspeakers⁽²⁾: Utopia III Evo, Utopia III, Sopra, Kanta, Electra 1000 Be 2, Aria 900, Aria Evo X, Chorus 700, Chora - subject to terms and conditions ⁽³⁾.

This offer is valid for up to 3 months after the original date of purchase.

Important : please keep your proof of purchase (i.e. receipt/invoice). You will be asked to confirm your purchase to claim your warranty and the extended warranty. The extended warranty will not be validated if the purchase price indicated during your registration differs from that of the receipt/invoice.

⁽³⁾ Special conditions apply to the extended warranty

You may benefit in some cases from an extended warranty, it does not change the terms of the standard warranty. To benefit from this extended warranty, you must comply with the following special conditions:

• The model of the product purchased must be identified as part of the FOCAL-JMlab commercial extended warranty operation (list of products included above);
• The reference and serial number of the product must be exactly the same as the information on the labels on the product packaging;
• The guarantee and its extension can only be applied via the retailer through which the purchase was made;
• The product must have been purchased from an official Focal retailer located in the UK and identified on the Focal website: store.focal.com/store-locator;
• The information provided at registration (purchase price, date of purchase, place of purchase, product reference and product serial number) must be strictly in accordance with the information provided on the purchase receipt/invoice.
